Design a Rental is a virtual design service.  All communication occurs through email exchange.  Design a Rental does not currently offer onsite services for gathering photos or measurements or any other in-person services.  

Product links that may be provided by Design a Rental, are made available by third party companies.  Design a Rental is not affiliated with any company or any product that is recommended.  Each product may require additional shipping and freight costs.  Each product may require additional taxes.  Each product may require assembly.  Design a Rental is not liable for delays, shipping, customer service, receiving, delivery, storage, assembly, or any other management of the recommended products.  Photos of products are made available by third party companies.  Design a Rental does not guarantee accuracy of photos.  Linked products are not sponsored or affiliated for any financial gain by Design a Rental.  

Links are expected to provide an in-stock product or availability for shipping from the third party company within 6 weeks.  If a product becomes unavailable within 30 days of checkout from the Design a Rental website, a replacement can be provided by contacting us through Design a Rental website.  

Design a Rental is not affiliated with AirBnB or VRBO or any other rental property services.  

Custom design services are based on information provided by the customer.  Design a Rental does gather onsite photos or measurements.  

Design services include a design board with photos of recommended products and the links for purchasing recommended products.  No other deliverables are included or provided.  Floorplans, drawings, construction documents, permits, and similar deliverables are not provided by Design a Rental.  

We make every effort to communicate in a timely manner and to provide striking design solutions, If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to attempt to resolve the issue.  

No refunds will be issued after services are complete.
